Zonal Sales Head at YUPTABLE (WFH flexibility)
Exp : 5 – 20 Years
– We need a Zonal Sales Head who has proven to lead and excel at sales leadership in previous organizations. Candidates with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and aspirations will be preferred.
– The role comes with a work from home flexibility but requires a clear focus on target achievement.
Compensation Structure : Revenue sharing on the sales generated from the Zone
Activities and responsibilities :
– Hires regional sales team and leads it to drive expansion using his/her experience and market insights
– Presents and achieves monthly sales targets for the zone (with due consideration on profitability and scope of customer retention)
– Gives daily updates to the Founding team on sales pipeline and revenue generation to drive superior client operations
– Follows up with the sales team to ensure the fastest client onboarding and account activation
– Keeps a close lookout for the local market trends and presents these observations to the senior team. Agility is our strength and need of the hour in the Post COVID world.
– Forges a relationship with the top clients and market influencers of the zone. Our Public Relations are driven by the sales leaders
– Proactively collects feedback from the sales team and clients on products and services
– Most importantly, becomes a source of motivation to the team through sales persistence and guidance
Candidate qualifications :
(Can be relaxed for deserving candidates)
– More than 2 years of experience in leading a Zonal Sales team in Food-Tech/ Consumer-Tech or related companies
– Extensive experience in consultative selling of digital/non-digital solutions to food outlets/mall/retail stores or related markets
– Comes with active contacts in the food/mall/retail outlets and has an excellent repute in the industry
– Comfortably speaks in at least one local language apart from English
