Overview
We need a really good developer.

You will be working on a social travel website/app that has been around for 15 years, moving from the old crappy platform to a new platform that we will build.
We are building a new platform without destroying whats already there. We need to migrate a ton of users, millions of posts and pictures. We will build an API that we can use when we build a mobile app (if you have any experience in building mobile apps thats great!).
Thousands of users use this site daily and we need to make sure that everything goes smooth. It will reqire a lot of smart solutions and thinking outside the box.
