Job Description :
– The telecaller will be expected to not only make outbound calls but to achieve the purpose of making the calls.
– The candidate will also ensure to enter the details of the interaction in the system.
– Making outbound telephonic calls to prospective leads generated through different source and counsel them for admissions
– Handling queries of candidates looking for our courses and providing program information
– Convincing the students for enrolment & generating walk-ins for courses Assisting Sr. Counsellor to convert Walk-ins to admissions
– Fluent English skills – Ability to Speak, Read & Write
