Senior Full Stack Developer Full Time

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented senior web application developer with Python / NodeJS / RoR experience to join FleetRover in Goa.

Your mission is to make the massive logistics industry efficient, safer and faster; one module at a time.

IoT for Logistics. FleetRover is very fast growing Canadian startup with Goan roots that is making the logistics industry more efficient through cutting edge IoT hardware and software.

• About half a year old
• Major clients in Canada and India
• Already generating decent revenue
• Canadian and US investors
• Exclusive IoT partnerships with blue-chip companies
• Friendly and really fast team

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyse feature requirements
• Produce quality code that is maintainable, efficient, reliable and secure for mission critical real-time web applications
• Work with multiple teams and lead multiple modules
• Determine optimum frameworks, architectures and tools
• Stay atop industry trends and new technology
• Deploy code multiple times a day

MUST HAVE:

• 5-7 years of experience as a web developer
• Experience with at least two of the following: JS, NodeJS, Python, RoR, Pearl
• Experience writing raw socket communication & multi-threaded memory efficient code
• Experience working in all layers of the technology stack:
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript 
• Python, NodeJS, RoR
• Cloud / server provisioning

NEED NOT HAVE:

• Ego
• Princess/Prince problems
