Responsibilities :
– Conducting regular follow-ups with clients for timely deliveries, orders and offer status, quality checks & timely payments
– Exploring the overseas market and generating business from assigned areas; developing market, ventures and clients at the global level and simultaneously managing the domestic business
– Analyzing the market segment for increasing the business volume with the existing database
– Monitoring channel partners and providing them backup sales support for enhanced market coverage
– Identifying & managing new & existing partners while ensuring continuous interaction with vendors
– Guiding, training and mentoring the Sales Team to drive customer market share and revenue market share
– Identifying the channel’s specific needs, dynamics and requirements, including the customers & channels shopper attitudes & behavior and translating this into actionable initiatives for sales teams
– Tracking competitor’s activities, forecasting sales, managing sales planning & promotion activities, resolving consumer complaints while ensuring product branding and visibility maintenance
