Sales Manager Full Time

One of our prestigious client based out of Goa is looking out for a Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for a construction/cleaning segment
• Manage a portfolio of accounts – establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Train and manage and lead a field team
• Forecast sales value & achieve targets with the team
• Act as a point of contact and handle customer’s individual needs / escalations
• Negotiate and close agreements with customers; whenever required
• Monitor & analyze sales trends & performance metrics
• Identify & sign up new customers
• Align with customers and provide effective & timely solutions
• Liaise with the Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
• Stay up to date with new product launches

Requirements

• A sales driven focused attitude
• Experience in managing a high performance sales team
• Business Acumen
• Inclination towards outdoors & travel
• Ability to understand and analyse sales metrics
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
• Experience with working on varied product range will be an added advantage
• Must speak fluent English & Hindi. Konkani and any other language will be preferred
