A leadership position to lead, grow & expand the Pre-Sales and Solutions services in global regions. Manage entire lifecycle from Pre-Sales to Activation across service & delivery lines.
– Responsible for the direction and management of all Pre-Sales activities and will support the global regions.
– Provide detailed and accurate sales/headcount forecasting
– The incumbent will be responsible for a global team that designs global delivery solutions.
– Proactively work with all Regions to increase offshoring
– Define a strategic sales engagement plan for each region
– Design and promote global standard Pre-Sales training
– Put in place systems and processes to support the success of the sales engagement team
– Define, document & publish Account Governance Models
– Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback
– Support Global bids and tenders
Experience, Qualification & Skills needed:
– MBA / University degree in Management, 20+ years of overall experience with minimum 10+ senior management experience including winning new businesses/handling large volumes in a global role
– Experience of managing virtual teams and working in matrix organizations
– Experience of managing relationship with customers
– Service Delivery Expertise
– Contract Adherence & Preparing Bids & Tenders
