Job Title : Operator

General Summary : Assembles and inspects a variety of Base Station Antenna products and related components and accessories. May assemble some components using mechanical aids such as presses, jigs, etc. Depending on product may make electrical connections per instruction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assembles and inspects products and/or parts in accordance with instructions. As required, uses hand or power tools, may use soldering irons and/or packaging equipment usually in mechanical assembly.
• In accordance with job directions and dimensional drawings, retrieves components and or supplies from designated area and sets up work area. Moves completed work to assigned location.
• Completes required job control, inventory and related reports.
• Maintains assigned work area and equipment in a safe and professional manner.
• Testing may include written test procedures, Calibration of equipments and performing test with test equipment like spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power supplies, power meters, etc.
• Perform any other relevant duties as instructed by facilitator / shift leader / management.

Qualification : ITI or XII (vocational preferred)

Experience : 2+ yrs experience in Various equipment operations, use of different tools and fixtures, material movement equipment

Skills required:

Demonstrate competencies of physical, mental, & interpersonal skills.
