Location: Mumbai (Andheri E)
Job Type: Full time, office based
– 2 to 3 years experience in giving software product demos and upselling the products of a SaaS based Software Company.
– Knowledge about E-commerce
– Should be analytically sound.
– Consistently exceeds key performance metrics.
– Ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
– Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to audiences.
? Ensure that people who have already signed-up for our software begin
to use it effectively for their business.
? Organize demo sessions with the customer and educate them on
? Persuade potential customers to buy a subscription to the Software,
? Help the new customers configure and setup the software as per their
? Review the usage of your previous customers and make sure that they
continue to grow.
? Report common problems and feature requests to the technology team
so that they make your life easier.
? Tech Savvy: Understand and appreciate technology products
? A knack to simplify and explain technology to humans
? Great communication skills, both in Hindi and English
? Understanding of the ecommerce process from the perspective of a
? Ninja-level skills with MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
? Exposure to business software like Google Adwords or Google
Analytics or other such software
? A pleasing personality. You should be able to make friends quickly.
