· Provide leadership and vision to the organization as directed by the Management.
· Assist the Management with the development, action plan, evaluation, reporting, and progress of long term and short-term plans.
· Review these plans regularly to monitor progress and implement changes as needed
· Interview, screen and recruit the best suitable applicants who meet the selection criteria with Managing Director
· Align the needs & priorities of the Organisation and monitor and develop annual planners and annual reports providing details of distinctive activities of El Shaddai Charitable Trust
· Submit these reports to the Managing Director
· Supervise, guide, and coach employees in the office to ensure all departments implement the best practices in line with the organizational policies and procedures
· Recognize high performers, promote and improve employee effectiveness.
· Monitor the Employee Development Skill by conducting Performance Management
· System , and reward them for achieving strategic goals before the Managing Director
· Develop a plan to promote safe and healthy workplace.
· Monitor office infrastructure by maintaining secure systems to hold confidential and sensitive information
· Organize quarterly/ monthly MRM with Managing Director and Managing Trustee
· Conduct internal audits for all the departments with the Audit Team
· Oversee the organization’s budget plan – Annual Financial Report
· Organize /conduct trainings, workshops, and development programs for the staff in coordination with partner organizations.
Implementation and Reports
· Check the Daily Productivity Reports of the staff and send a compiled Weekly Report to the Managing Director.
· Implement and monitor new and ongoing projects.
