The selected candidate will handle a range of HR and Admin. activities relating to the organization.

Qualifications / Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following essential requirements:
1. Graduate/Post – graduate with specialization in HR
2. Min. 5 yrs. working experience handling HR activities. Working experience in a Hospital setup would be preferred.
3. Responsible for all aspects of HRD including recruitment & induction, administration, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits and staff welfare activities
4. Knowledge of statutory compliances and ability to liaise with Govt. authorities
5. Good communication skills, verbal and written
6. Strong working knowledge of MS Office and ability to generate HR MIS reports
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality, display ethical and professional behavior
