We are a 30 year old Courier company having our Head-Office Situated in Vasco da gama. There is a requirement for a HR / Admin Manager with Expertise in the following.
1. Maintaining Staff Attendance on a daily basis through Phone call/visits if necessary. This would include co-ordination with other branch offices.
2. Preparation of Salary of the staff and knowledge of ESI/PF/Allowances, Holidays etc. This report will be emailed to an HR Agency that will prepare the final Salary Calculation.
3. Drafting and finalising on paper, rules and regulations for Head Office and Branch office Staff and ensure smooth functioning. This includes designating work to each staff member.
4. Identifying flaws in the current Organisational Structure and taking corrective measures, and thereby bringing a Corporate Atmosphere of working.
5. Recruiting and training new Employees, and inducting new staff.
