Strategic HR & Planning :
Developing HR solutions by studying the existing organizational structure, Culture, Internal dynamics, understanding, and analyzing the potential impediments, pain areas while retaining the DNA of the organization in the solutions provided.
Employee Welfare :
– Nurture healthy Organizational Climate, maintain harmonious employee relations handling grievances and escalations from employees on the floor.
– Performance Management and Competency Management Systems
– Design rewards models, Incentive Plans, Incorporate Benefits Program, policies.
Coordinate with Business, HR, and Finance for Annual and quarterly budget.
Employee Engagement :
Responsible for employee engagement activities. Engage with functional heads for planning and implementing Key HR interventions
