End to End Distribution
Report to: Director – Commercial Marketing
Experience – 7-10 Years
Job Description:
– Ensuring the supply of products from C&F to stockists / distributors as per SOP
– Ensuring the products are supplied in right way (Cold chain, etc), timely audits
– Ensure the stockists are serviced and grievances are addressed in time by the C&F as per SOP
– Ensure to run the operations in a compliant way
– Identify the gaps in SOPs and bridge the gaps
– Ensure to maintain adequate stocks are maintained at C&F
– Liaison with various state and central government authorities
– Ensure right DSO
– Ensure the stocks are supplied within the credit limit norms
– Audit the creditworthiness of the stockists
– Appoint stockists / C&F by ensuring we comply with the local and central laws
– Ensure the payments are received and accounted in timely manner from the stockists and other relevant stakeholders
– Keep track of GRN & Expiries. Ensure to audit these in timely fashion and transparent way
– Maintain excellent rapport with the stockists / distributors, visit them as and when required (Esp. Leading stockists)
– Maintain professional rapport with all our field colleagues (BDM, ZBM and others)
– Work closely with demand and supply planning team to ensure the gaps if any are bridged

Specifications:
– Graduation / Post Graduation in Commerce/ any other discipline
– MBA in operations management (Desirable)
– Experience of 7 years in the distribution management .
– Should have worked in process driven, larger organisations
– Should have experience of C&F and stockist Audits
– Should have been a team leader for at least 7-10 years as manager, DGM
