It is for the Goa Govt Electricity Department Callcenter based at Kadamba Plateau, Chimbel on the Panjim Oldgoa bypass road. You will have to register No Power complaints and escalate them. Team size is 34. Your position will be a Callcenter executive.
Responsibilities and Duties
Receiving consumer complaints, registering them in the software, escalating the complaints till they are solved.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
You have to be min 12th pass with basic knowledge of computer and internet. knowledge of KONKANI language is a must. Should also know to speak English & Hindi. Previous job experience is not required.
Job training will be provided. You have to have your own transport.
